Which areas does Homeland currently cover?
We cover five areas in Lagos — Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ikeja GRA and Ajah — and four in Abuja — Maitama, Gwarinpa, Wuse II and Jabi. Nine verified neighbourhoods in total, with more being added as our verification network grows.
How does Homeland decide which new areas to add?
An area only goes live once we have direct access to its title registry, a vetted local agent network, a clean fraud history, and genuine infrastructure — not hype-driven speculation. We would rather cover fewer areas properly than list everywhere and cut corners.
Can I ask Homeland to cover my preferred location?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the location you are interested in. We keep a running early access list and prioritise expansion based on genuine buyer demand.
Is the verification standard the same in every neighbourhood?
Yes. Every listing, regardless of area or price band, goes through the same title check, C of O confirmation, and agent vetting before it reaches a buyer.
When will Homeland expand beyond Lagos and Abuja?
We are actively building verification partnerships in Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan and Abeokuta. Timelines depend on how quickly we can establish the same title-registry relationships we rely on in Lagos and Abuja — we will not launch a city before that groundwork is done.
